Owner of Wisconsin`s Last Black-Owned Bookstore Set to Close Down, Retire

After 28 years, Carla Allison is turning the page and closing down her bookstore. The Reader`s Choice is the last black-owned bookstore in Wisconsin, located in Milwaukee.
